With the remastering in progress to v3.0/2019 of my Webfolio, the time is right for a review of where this identity issue of the global intellectual property dilemma is headed.
The purpose of the present personal author blog therefore remains to lay the groundwork for the conceptualization of the whole notion of right(s) holder(s), when the author of an intellectual work proves to be, from birth, the legitimate "incubator head" of a solution genetically predestined to emerge from its own singularity.
